Anything as gratuitous as The Amazing Netscape Fish Cam is going to attract a fan base. Scheduled visits are not unheard of, and then there are the people who put Fish Cam feed images into their own pages. Some even have favorite fish and track their movements obsessively, like some weird species of remote piscine stalkers.
Okay, we made up that last part. But there are a few fans we did want to recognize.
Behold the Official #1 Fan (and Mascot) of The Amazing Netscape Fish Cam! Sparky simply loves the tank and its inhabitants, so we just had to include him. The fact that his master is a few steps above us in the management tree had nothing to do with it, of course.
As you can clearly see here, Sparky loves playing with the fish. The jury is still out on whether or not the fish actually feel the love.
