Understanding Your Browser's Start Page
When you launch your Web browser, you are automatically connected to the Internet and taken to a default start page. This page is the first page you see whenever you launch your browser.
Many users like to use the Netscape Netcenter portal as their start page; it's a great place to start a tour of the Web, and it lets you access all of Netscape Netcenter's services from a single page.
