Managing the Netscape Address Book
It's easy to add new entries and remove ouTDated ones in your Netscape Address Book:
- Access the Netscape Address Book by clicking the Address Book link on the Netscape Netcenter home page.
- To add a new entry to your Address Book, click the New icon. When the Customize Channel page appears, click the New button and enter the appropriate information. Click the Save button to save this entry and return to the Netscape Address Book page.
- To remove an entry from your Address Book, click the Customize icon. When the Customize Channel page appears, select the entry you want to remove and click the Remove button. Click the Save button to confirm your deletion and return to the Netscape Address Book page.
- To display the complete record for a specific entry, click the person's name on the Netscape Address Book page. The Address Book Profile page (see Figure 11.2) displays all the fields recorded for that person.

Sort Your List Netscape Address Book entries by default appear in the order in which they were entered. To sort by either first or last name, click the Customize icon to go to the Customize Channel page, pull down the Sort By list and select either First Name or Last Name, and click the Sort button. |
